Enrolling individuals into services can present challenges for teams and private providers. We are in an unprecedented time. Individuals we intend to serve are at home to prevent spread of COVID-19 and we do not have many of our traditional approaches available. How do we engage individuals in services while we need to physically distance? How can we use telehealth for this purpose?
